1919. At the start of the Paris Peace Conference, T.E. Lawrence prepares for his greatest battle yet; to deliver to his wartime Hashemite allies the promised land - Syria. Played out in a labyrinth of council chambers and lobbies of faded Imperialism, Lawrence's campaign confronts him with opponents more deceitful and lethal than any he encounters in the desert.
