A young girl (Helen Neville) obsessed with watching the heavens takes a bet with the bully (Thea Gumbert) of the 12 year old set that their oddly acting new neighbors (Natalie Vansier, Vice Poletto) are not aliens from outer space. The bet is her telescope. As might be expected the girl and her new neighbor becomes best friends.
