synopsis

For never was a story of more woe, than this of Juliet and her Romeo. Their families, the Montagues and the Capulets, are bitter enemies, sworn to hatred. Yet when their children, Romeo and Juliet, inadvertantly meet, they fall passionately in love. Defying their parents' wishes, they are secretly married, but their happiness is short lived.
