Get ready to rock with the most entertaining Golden Oldies you'll ever meet, a fun loving senior citizens' choir called Young @ Heart - average age 81. Celebrating the unbreakable bonds of friendship and the life-affirming power of music, they prepare to perform a range of tunes from James Brown and the Clash to Coldplay and Sonic Youth, and prove that hard rock is hard work, particularly when you're hard of hearing!

What a wonderful experience this documentary is. To be so encouraged, as one contemplates old age, is superb. The characters are real, honest people, who are doing something they obviously love, and through the process, bring joy to others. There should be so many more projects like this.
