The vampire Count Dracula requires the blood of young virgins to stay alive. Pretending to seek the hand in marriage of one of four aristocratic Italian sisters, he discovers that they are already very "modern" and up-to-date, and the impure blood that he sucks out of them only makes him violently ill. A communist field hand uncovers his real identity and sets to save the youngest sister from being attacked by Dracula by deflowering her himself and then dismembering the helpless vampire in an orgy of bloodletting.
