Henry Roth (Sandler) has his future all mapped out. When he’s not tending to the sea animals at the Sea Life Park in Hawaii, he is breaking the hearts of many female tourists in search of holiday romance and dreaming of the day when he can take his Arctic sailing trip to study Walrus’s in Alaska. A long-term, committed relationship is simply not on the cards. But during a trial run around the island with his beloved ship he suffers a mishap that lands him stranded at a local cafe. There he meets the beautiful Lucy and sparks fly! When he sees her the following day, she doesn’t remember a thing about their encounter. Lucy suffers from a rare brain disorder that wipes her memory clean every night. Henry soon realizes that if he wants to win her over, he’s going to have to start again every day for the rest of his life!
