Paris 1999, a woman has a car accident with bank robbers, who befriend and enlist her help to take the money to a drop. On the way she runs into an American who is being chased by the CIA. He states they want to confiscate his fathers invention, which allows you to capture images that blind people can see. Now on the run, they end up in Australian at the research facility of his father, where they hope to play back what they've captured.
Wim Wenders' sprawling cyberpunk noir epic -- shot in no less than nine different countries.
