Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead

synopsis

From Tom Stoppard the Oscar Winning Writer/Director of "Shakespeare in Love" comes another unique twist on the work of William Shakespeare. Rosencrantz and Guildenstern (Gary Oldman & Tim Roth) are two incidental characters in "Hamlet", summoned to the court of the King of Denmark. This story is a whimsical scenario based on possible events in their untold journey to see Hamlet. They experience strange scientific events and meet up with an odd band of traveling actors, all the while trying to solve a mystery.
