This comedy examines the pre-wedding day misadventures of a young man named Charlie, who's visiting his fiancee Josephine at her vast estate. Charlie's experiences there would make anyone reconsider taking the plunge, as he meets an endless stream of future in-laws, has a revealing conversation with Josephine's wimpy father, endures his friend's negative opinions about marriage, misses his own bachelor party, makes an interesting offer to Josephine's ex-boyfriend, and contends with the advances of a seemingly shy organist.
