Based on The Longest Yard, Robert Aldrich's 1974 prison tale about inmates who organize a football team and compete against the guards. Here, British director Barry Skolnick pulls together a ruthlessly funny cast and changes the resident sport to soccer. The leader of the prisoners is a former soccer star who's asked to coach a team of guards but instead puts together a competing team of inmates.
